Shipping Policy

Aranda Textile Mills offers FREE delivery throughout South Africa on all orders of R2,000 or more.

For orders below R2,000, a standard delivery fee will apply based on the delivery location within South Africa. The applicable shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are processed and dispatched according to the following schedule:

• Monday to Thursday (before 12:00): Orders will be processed on the same business day.
• Monday to Thursday (after 12:00): Orders will be processed on the next business day.
• Friday (before 12:00): Orders will be processed on the same business day.
• Friday (after 12:00), Saturday and Sunday: Orders will be processed on the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

Important: All orders are subject to security and verification checks before collection by our courier partners. These checks may occasionally result in delays to the dispatch of an order.

• Deliveries are not available on weekends or South African public holidays.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service availability.
• Aranda Textile Mills cannot be held responsible for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds & Returns Policy

At Aranda Textile Mills, we are committed to providing quality products and customer satisfaction. Should you experience an issue with your purchase, please review the following returns and refunds conditions.

Return Authorisation

All returns must receive prior authorisation from Aranda Textile Mills. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Refunds are generally considered for products found to be defective or flawed, subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.

Return Conditions

• Products accepted for return must be in their original packaging and returned in an undamaged condition, except where the return relates to a defective or damaged product.
• Shipping charges and special orders are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
• Return postage and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
• A 20% restocking and administration fee may apply to authorised returns where legally permitted.
• Requests for returns or exchanges should be submitted within 5 days of receiving the goods. This does not affect any statutory rights relating to defective, unsafe or non-compliant products, or other applicable rights of return.

Refund Processing Times

Once an authorised return has been received and assessed by Aranda Textile Mills, the refund process will commence.

Refunds may take up to four weeks to reflect, depending on the circumstances. In many cases, refunds are completed sooner.

The estimated processing period includes:

• Return transit: Approximately 5–10 business days for the returned goods to reach Aranda.
• Return inspection and processing: Approximately 3–5 business days after receipt.
• Bank processing: Approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your financial institution.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

By purchasing products through the Aranda Textile Mills online store, customers enter into a legally binding transaction governed by Aranda's Terms & Conditions and applicable South African legislation.
