ARANDA TRADING DAYS AND HOURS

As an online store we are open to trade 24/7, however please note that responses from our team are Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 17h00.

aranda.co.za is open to the public, however, should you wish to become a wholesaler, you can apply to become a wholesaler from the 'Become a Wholesaler' link in the footer section.

Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days. Shipping usually takes 5 - 7 business days after processing.

We currently ship within South Africa. At present, international shipping is currently not available.

Delivery in South Africa is FREE when you spend R2000 or more on a purchase.

Delivery fees for purchases below R2000 may vary depending on your location but will be calculated for you at checkout.

Refunds and returns require prior authorisation before any goods are sent back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Refunds will only be considered for defective or flawed products.

Shipping charges and special-order items are non-refundable. Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging and in an undamaged condition. Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A 20% restocking and administration fee will apply to all authorised returns. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted more than 5 days after receipt of goods.
