Refunds and Returns

Prior written authorisation must be obtained before returning any goods. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.  Shipping charges and special orders, are non-refundable. Items accepted must be returned in original packaging and should not be used, tampered or damaged. All door-to-door courier returns and handling on return orders shall be at the expense of the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be given after 5 days of receipt of goods.  Proof of purchase and original packaging is required.

For returns or exchange, the customer is liable for transport / courier costs.
Additional R100 handling fee charged for all exchanges.

Due to security, customers are not allowed to arrive at Aranda Textiles Mills Gauteng premises for returns/exchanges without prior written email notification.

Returns and exchanges will also not be accepted without prior authorisation and
written communication. 

No returns / refunds on Clearance items.
No refunds on courier delivery fees

Please note: 
The Aranda Online store does not allow online customer collections.
No refund on shipping or delivery when customers arrange to collect their own orders.

For new / lay-buy orders, items on the order can only be changed once. When customer changes their order more than once, customer will be charged R100 handling fee.

Legal

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Aranda Textiles Pty Ltd reserves the right not to fulfill or dispatch orders due to any technicalities or errors or order fulfillment issues.
