Refunds and Returns

• Prior written/email authorisation must be obtained before return/exchange of online purchases. 
• Due to security, customers are not allowed to arrive at Aranda Textiles Mills Gauteng to return/exchange items.
• We do not accept returns/exchanges via Pudo, Paxi, Postnet, Post Office or any other delivery service.
• Returns/exchanges must be done via door-to-door couriers and customer is liable for transport/courier costs. 
• A R150 handling fee will be charged for all cancellations/returns/exchanges and Lay-up orders.
  

Shipping charges and special orders, are non-refundable. Items must be returned in original packaging and items should not be used, torn, tampered or damaged.
All door-to-door courier returns and handling on return orders shall be at the expense of the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be given after 5 days of receipt of goods.  Proof of purchase and original packaging is required.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no returns and/ot refunds on any Clearance items.
PLEASE NOTE: No refunds on courier delivery fees

The online store does not allow for collections from our facility for online purchase.  
Once an order leaves the Aranda Textile Mills dispatch facilty, we will not be held liable for any loss/theft/damage of the items while in the possession of a 3rd party delivery service.

There is also a R150 handling fee for Lay-Up orders for item exchange.

Legal

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Aranda Textile Mills (Pty) Ltd reserves the right not to fulfill or dispatch orders due to any technicalities or errors or order fulfillment issues.
