Shipping policy

Cost

Delivery is FREE in South Africa for orders of R2 000,00 or more. Orders less than R2 000,0 will have a standard R200-R250 delivery fee anywhere in South Africa.

If the delivery is changed by customer day before or on day courier is delivering order, customer is liable for the additional courier costs.

Aranda Textile Mills uses DPD Laser Couriers for order deliveries.
Our couriers will never request cash / any form of payment when delivering order.

Dispatch Time

Please note upcoming long weekend 7-10 August 2026.
Last shipment day for online orders is Thur 6 August. 
Order dispatch will resume Tuesday 11 August.

Orders received Monday to Friday before 12pm will be processed the same day. Order received after 12pm on Friday to Sunday will be processed for dispatch on the following Monday week

Please note : Orders go through security checks before courier collection which sometimes can delay the order dispatch.

Delivery Time

If you live in Gauteng or a major city such as Durban, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit etc, from shipment date, your order should be delivered between 3-5 working days. If you live in a major city in the Eastern or Western Cape, your order should be delivered between 4-6 working days. If you live in an outlying area, your order can take from 5-7 working days or a week to be delivered.

Please note: No deliveries on weekends and public holidays. Aranda Textile Mills will not be held responsible, if for reasons outside of our control, when a delivery is delayed/lost or misplaced.
