The Basotho Matlama Heritage blankets features a striking border pattern with a plain reversible centre. It is the only Basotho blanket designed this way. Traditionally the fringed version is worn by women during the wedding ceremony, however the bound version of the Matlama was recently introduced by Aranda and is predominantly worn by men.
