Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   This competition is run by Aranda Textile Mills (Pty) Ltd.
2. Competition Period
   The competition opens on 30 June 2026 and closes on 08 July 2026 at 23:59. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
   The competition is open to residents of Lesotho only. Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, directors, agents, contractors, service providers, immediate family members of Aranda Textile Mills, its associated companies, or any party directly involved in the competition are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete the official online registration form in full. Only one valid entry per person is permitted. Duplicate, incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent or automated entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
   Eligible participants stand a chance to win one of 150 double tickets to attend the 2026 Young Basotho Designers Collection (YBDC) Launch taking place on 11 July 2026 at Thaba Bosiu Cultural Village, Lesotho.
   Each double ticket admits one selected winner and one guest. The prize is limited to event entry only and excludes transport, accommodation, travel expenses, cash payments or any other costs. Winners and their guests are responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the event.
6. Attendance Requirement
   Participants should only enter if they are able to attend the event in person on 11 July 2026. Winners may be required to confirm their attendance and provide or verify their guest's details before tickets are issued.
7. Winner Selection
   Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date. Aranda Textile Mills reserves the right to verify all information submitted by entrants before confirming winners. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winner Announcement & Notification
   Selected winners will be announced and notified on or before 09 July 2026 using the contact details provided during registration. If a selected winner cannot be reached, is unable to attend, does not meet the entry requirements, or fails to confirm attendance within the required timeframe, Aranda Textile Mills reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9. Ticket Conditions
   Tickets are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Aranda Textile Mills reserves the right to refuse admission if ticket conditions are not met or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
10. Photography & Publicity
    By entering the competition and attending the event, participants acknowledge that photography and video footage may be captured during the event and may be used by Aranda Textile Mills for marketing, advertising, public relations, website, social media and other promotional purposes without further compensation.
11. Personal Information
    Personal information collected through the registration process will be used to administer the competition, contact selected winners, confirm attendance, manage event access and communicate information relating to the 2026 YBDC Launch. Participants may also choose to receive future marketing communications from Aranda Textile Mills regarding products, promotions, launches and events. Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection legislation.
12. General
    Aranda Textile Mills reserves the right to verify participant information, disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions, and amend, suspend or cancel the competition if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13. Acceptance of Terms
    By entering this competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
